How paying works

Are these the final prices, or is there a setup fee?

There is no setup or onboarding fee. Teacher and student prices are exactly what you pay. Institute prices are the full amount on the invoice.

How do institutes pay?

Institutes are invoiced directly by Examyfi. Start with the free trial; when you are ready we raise an invoice for the package and the number of students you choose, and your workspace continues without a break.

How do teachers and students pay?

Online through Razorpay, using UPI, cards or net banking. You get a receipt by email or WhatsApp as soon as the payment succeeds, and it is always available under Plan and billing in the app.

Does a subscription renew automatically?

No. Every plan is a one-time payment for one year. We remind you before it ends, and you renew only if you want to. Nothing is charged to your card or UPI without you starting the payment.

I bought one subject. Can I move to the bundle later?

Yes. The unused days of your subject plan are credited against the bundle price, and the bundle starts the same day.

Can I get a refund?

Teacher and student plans bought online can be refunded in full within 7 days of payment, no questions asked. The money goes back to the original payment method. Institute packages follow the terms on their invoice.

What is included in the 7-day institute trial?

Everything in Growth for 7 days, capped at 3 papers, 10 student seats and watermarked Word and PDF downloads. No card is needed. One trial per institute; the caps come off the day a package starts.
